Kohls was stacking coupons today

I didn't know about this when I went shopping this morning...maybe others do. Anyways, when I went to the register at Kohls this morning I had my 25% off friends & family coupon. She asked if I was using my Kohls charge & said it would give me another discount. I got an additional 20% off my order for using my card. I also had $10 in reward points so I ended up "saving" over $360 and spent only $129. Also got 20 bucks in Kohls cash so overall a great deal.

Thanks!! I need to spend the rest of my Kohl's cash and am planning on heading there tonight. I would love to save some extra money on a gift for DH.

I am agrravated with kohl's right now so probably won't try to take advantage of this. I ordered some things online. After I got a confirmation email, like a couple days after, I get an email that one of the items is no longer available. I know others have complained of this happening. Also, one of the shirts I got is so thin and cheaply made. Their stuff used to last a long time. Not anymore. I am disappointed and have been for a while now.

I tried this today at my kohl's. They wouldn't allow it. They said you can only use 1 % off coupon at a time but you can combine % off with kohls cash. The manager said 1 cashier let it happen because she didn't know and the cashier got into trouble. So as tempting as it might be to save some money, please remember these minimum wage workers who make mistakes and get into trouble. Do with this what you feel you should. Yes the register will allow it but someone pays-the employee just trying to make an honest living.

The employee might have been slightly confused- employees are able to stack coupons right now, and they may have thought that Kohl's charge members were able to do so as well. I know it's hard to keep everything straight when you're new and working the register.

I am also rather annoyed with Kohls right now. Placed an order - several items were canceled the next day. The items were still showing available online so I ordered them again. No cancellation the second order....makes no sense to me. The second order an entirely different item was out of stock.....and it too is still showing as available and in stock online (and this is silverware....no sizes).
I understand that inventory can be tricky....but if you have to cancel an order due to inventory it would seem that it should update and show unavailable....and if it is available why cancel my products. It just seems like there should be a better way.

Kohls continues to be our go to Christmas gift store. When the BF ad went live on Monday, we placed our order, it came in 5 different shipments but some of it was here the very next day. We went in last night to redeem Kohls cash, the receipt shows we saved $275.61, our cost was 6 cents!!

I've not noticed any quality issues.

This happened to me with matching parts of a patio set. I ordered 2 love seats and a set of 2 chairs. They shipped the chairs and cancelled the love seats. The love seats still showed online. I called the 800# and explained that I don't need half of the furniture???it is all or nothing. The guy replaced the order for the same price I had paid because the original sale was over. It all worked out but I was panicked there for a minute.

I used it tonight and got DH four pairs of jeans.

The checker was announcing it that you couls stack so people would be prepared when they got to the register

I forgot to say, i ordered stuff on black friday and also cyber monday. No problems! Stuff arrived much quicker than last year! They shipped in multiple boxes.
