I just placed an order for close to $100, I have never gotten anything about the $10 when you spend $50. Doesn't that count for online orders?

You should get your certificates via e-mail, but it takes some time for them to be processed.

I didn't get any notification either when I placed an online order, but when I went back to the site to find out more details, it said that it will be emailed on Nov. 17th.

Did you use your Kohl's charge? I am not positive you have to use it to get the cash but wanted to throw that out there. I ordered $50 the other night and the next day had the email. I don't think it said anything about the kohl's cash when I checked out but I didn't pay much attention to be honest.

I spent a $150 on my Kohls card on Wednesday and had the Kohls cash e-mail on Thursday already.

I placed an order last night and got my email this morning. Email them if you don't have it by now, maybe it went in junk mail?
