Kohls cash when returning items

For the most part the Khol's I go to is fairly good at attempting at least other than the clearance areas which are just a lost cause. The exception is shoes...the shoes area is never organized and I just give up as I can never find my size but that's again usually the clearance area of the shoes.

Yep about the only time I go there anymore is when my son needs a new belt or something small like that. I know I can grab that and go.

Yes and I hate the buy one get one half off trend in the men's department. I usually only need 1 of whatever it is I went in for. Especially ties or belts.

For me, that is one of the plusses in my book for Kohls. They still have a "yes, I can" philosophy. I always ask if I could get one item for 25% off instead and they have said yes every single time. JCP will not make any exceptions.

Our JCP store is much neater and more organized than our Kohls store.

At least a while back this was the case: JCP hired people who only and I mean only do recovery of the departments. They were for the majority of departments too with some like where the handbags and whatnot were that they didn't deal with. Usually the recovery people worked overnight but during the real busy times they would have shifts during the day. Don't know if that's the case now but that helps when normal employees don't have to do huge amount of pick up when it's another team's job.

I'll have to try that. I do find I can get better prices online
