Kohl's appliance rebate

Good morning. I was getting my rebates ready to send in for the small appliances from Kohls. On the rebate, it says that I need the original rebate receipt or packing slip dated between 11/23/14-11/28/14. I have looked all over the packing slips and nowhere can I find a date on it. Does anyone else have packing slips without the date? I'm going to send it in anyway and hope there are no problems...but I was just curious.

1. Go to Kohls .com and log into your account.
2. Click on Purchase History in the drop-down menu under the Account banner.
3. Click the Order/Receipt link for your appliance purchase.
4. There should be a packing list/order receipt link next to each item's tracking number. Click it.
5. Click the printer icon in the upper right corner.

You now have a hard copy of your receipt and it will have an order date on it.

On my packing slip, on the lower portion in the far left box says "Order Date/Time"
