I got a 20% off this weekend on my mailer, I used to get 30% all the time but haven't gotten one in forever. Do they even still do 30% off?

Don't do this. The only 30% Kohl's gives are mailed to Kohl's credit card customers during a peel off/scratch off event (if something wasn't mailed to you there are scratch off s in store.) Of course people share the code so if you order online (and have Kohl's card) it's no problem. A copy taken to the store, even with a Kohl's card, will not be honored.

It's worth a shot and many people have had sucess with it. What's the worst that can happen? They say no, so you scratch off the one in the store and get a different % off. Big whoop.

Kohls has a customer is always right stance. If you tell them I had a 30% off code at home they will apply it. I forgot my 20% and the guy applied it. I said what if I had a 30% he said did you? I will apply it. I also had old kohls cash they take it.
