Yes, the 30% being offered now is for cardholders only. The GP code is for 20%. You can still get 3% back by going through Ebates- I'm not sure of the % back for any other rebate sites.

30% ended on Wednesday. It is now 20% with Kohls dollars for each 50 spent I believe.
