Kodak Playsport Video Camera

I'm thinking about buying this to replace my old mini-DV camcorder that I purchased in 2005. It's very small and easy to carry around the parks, plus it's waterproof, which would be good for pool video as well as for our cruise next summer. I would also like it to record performances of my DD in her school chorus programs or church.

Anyone have any thoughts on this camera?

Got it and love it!

It's very convenient and takes very clear movies, even on the lower settings.

What size memory card do u have? Brand? I'm confused on what I'll need.

I have a 16gb sandisk memory stick. At the lowest setting (720), it can record about 2.5-3 hours and at 1080p, I can store about 1-1.5 hours.

Other than a memory stick, there's really nothing else that I use.
