Kodak P850 opinions wanted

Consumer Guides rates it as a best buy. Has anyone had experiance with this camera? What are the pros and cons? Sams Club sells it for $287.33 it has IS, 12X optical zoom, 5 megapixels plus a rechargable battery and charger. I will still neeed to purchase memory cards. Anyone experiance shutter lag ?
