koala pics from aus!

hi all, i know how u americans love our aussie koalas, so I thought I would share these pictures with you!

as of late, temperatures in adelaide and melbourne have reached 47degC, which is equal to around 117 farenheight, and as a result, some of our little native friends have been in search of water

Awwww how cute! We're going to Australia next year, and always wanted to see a koala! Are they usually that friendly with people? I've seen pictures of people holding them at zoos, and I always wondered if they really were that good with people, or they were being forced to cuddle?

The pictures of the koala/bikers is so sweet!

Did anyone catch the koala sitting in a bucket of water looking exactly like he was in a jacuzzi on Good Morning America yesterday? It was also mentioned on GMA about Australia's severe heat wave and how koalas were searching out ways to cool off in imaginative ways. It was so cute!
