So, I know my mini TR isn't great, but I am not in Disney. All of you reading and saying "no way am I reading her TR"...well, your loss. I'll have the camera in WDW, too.

HHBG wants me to do a live TR in WDW, and just post the photopass pics when I get home. Whaddaya think??

Oh, and no custom got made for Rawhide, as my fabric never arrived in time. B wore a dress I made her for last summer.

Oh, and she has refused her renfest outfit I made her for tommorow too. This had better not be a theme. I am not working my tush off for her to have customs for WDW just to have her refuse all of them.

(Of course, she wants to wear the previously seen blue cinderella dress for the renfest tomorrow....and has announced she'll need a different one for WDW)

See, this is EXACTLY what would happen with my dd! Just remember, it's a woman's perogative to change her mind... (I still am a little in shock she agreed to wear the dress-up outfit I packed for 1900 PF, now that I think about it. But then, I only packed one...)

But, no, don't try to do the entire TR live from WDW! Quickie updates, yeah, but you'll go nuts trying to do the whole thing!

We left for the ren fest, which is approximately 60-70 minutes away at 9, thinking we had left plenty ofr time.....which it owuld have been if the REST of Phoenix hadn't also decided to go to the ren fest today.

Finally, at 11:15 we arrived at the Ren Fest.

Now, for those of you who have never been to a renfest, you just don't know what you're missing. HHBG and I like to say that there are four types of people who go to renfests (yes, there are some exceptions):

1. Families. The ren fest is a great place to take kids for a while.
2. Theater geeks. (usually visiting friends who are working)
3. Intellectuals/regular geeks....we love this kind of thing. Great fantasy purchases available.
4. uh....how do I put this....."fringe" society members. Goths, overly "into it" people, historical reinactors, etc.

Also prevalent at RenFests are people who FULLY dress in costume....usually not anything historically accurate. Among these people are the great people watching people....the guy dressed exactly like Jack Sparrow....the lady who was a spitting image of Elizabeth I (the later years).....they guy in full leather studded armor...etc.

AND....

The women who are kind of in costume, but more interested in showing as much skin and cleavage as humanly possible. Usually these women are....large. Either chested or overall. We actually saw one woman get told to cover up, as she was THIS CLOSE to spilling out of her top.
