Wow! If that's the case I may have to reconsider that downgrade! What kind of background do they use for the photos?

The background is a watercolor gray. The pictures themselves are wonderful quality but what makes them so valuable is the combination on quality and that my DD looks so beautiful.

Here is the picture of the dress selection. The girls get the costume of their choice along with the matching tiara, shoes and wand.

Here is how the costume is presented once it has been chosen. The girls get to go into a dressing room with the parent to put it on.

I was also thinking of downgrading, but I might stick with the "castle" pkg if the pictures are good. Were you able to use photopass there? What were the acessories that were with the pkg? Any other goodies ?


I also can't see your pictures!!

My daughter also wants to be Ariel so I hope I can see the pictures soon.

Question about the dresses.... are they like the ones you would get from WalMart or the Disney store or are they better?

They are Disney costumes, right out of the World of Disney Store. And the pics are AWESOME!!!!!!!!! As a CM my girls ages 10 & 12 went about a month ago....what a blast!!!! They will use a photopass for you or if you already have one make sure you give it to the photograher.

Not sure why you can't see the photos, sorry. If you go to the DIS home page there is a link to the BBB gallery. Try that. The pictures are great!

I still can't find good pictures of the Ariel costume, the one with the fin. My DD7 really wants to find a good Ariel costume, but they are usually dresses that don't look like her fin at all! The pictures in the gallery dont have a good one of the Ariel area. Just my luck! I still haven't decided if I will go whole hog with the castle pkg or down grade to the $45 one and buy the dress and stuff.

Thanks for walking me through getting the pictures RHIA!! Got to see them and they are good! That is the first picture I have seen of the makeup "palatte" that you get to keep, also, love the nails!! My DD is going to want those! I think this Ariel dress looks the best of all the Ariel dresses I have seen. It looks more like her tail and less like a dress!

Was the dress $60 ?

What were the accessories like? a crown a wand and shoes? any pics?

She got the pop princess. The other two styles are the disney diva and fairytale princess styles.
