Hello everyone,
My husband and I are new owners of DVC, and we are super excited about it!! We already have our first trip planned at WDW for our one year anniversary at AKL Kidani Village.
However, I have a big surprise up my sleeve for my Husband for Christmas. I was deciding how to use our developer points, because we cannot afford two trips to WDW in one year (both money wise and being away from work). So I started looking into other ideas. As my Husband's Christmas gift I bought him tickets to see the Phoenix Suns play the Chicago Bulls (he is a die hard basketball guy and the Bulls are his favorite team EVER). Since we live closer to Phoenix than Chicago I thought this was perfect. My dilemma remains in where to stay. Since we have already been to Phoenix several times I decided to stay in Sedona for the trip and just drive the couple of hours into Phoenix the day of the game. After looking up the available resorts for the stay I am drawn to the Sedona Summit, but was wondering if anyone has stayed there and could give me their opinion on it???? When I look at pictures on their website it looks newly remodeled and beautiful, however, when I look at pictures on other websites it looks more outdated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, on the website it shows 1 BR, 1 BR Mesa Suite and 1BR Sunset Suite. Does anybody know what the difference is? If anybody has stayed recently and could post a couple of pictures I would really appreciate it.
