I am driving up from Northern Harford County MD. Is there a way to avoid I-83 and I-81? I would just like to bypass the whole Harrisburg thing if possible.

Thanks, I didn't know you could avoid a particular road. i just thought that you only had the option of avoiding all highways or not.
