Knife Sharpener Recommendation

I'd like to get a good, easy to use, non electric knife sharpener for our kitchen knives. At least one of the knives in our set should be sharpened soon but we don't have one. This may turn into a Christmas present/stocking stuffer. Thanks!

I like that it has the video to go along with it, helps with how to use it and to see it work. Also looks very easy to use.
