Knats on CG observation deck!!!

So I haven't read a thing about it however when we went in October/November we ate at the newly refurbed CG. The scallops were divine but the viewing of Wishes was ruined for me due to the ever present, annoying, abundance of knats flying around. We really stuck it out and tried to ignore them but ultimately, we gave up as they were flying around our faces and body and it was yucky. Has anyone else experienced this there? Is it just a certain time of year perhaps

We were on the deck in 2012, ~November 13th and no gnats that I could remember.

I watched Wishes from the deck in December and there were no bugs. Maybe it is a time of year thing, like the love bugs.
