My kitty was prescribed clindamycin for his tooth issue, and it gave him really bad diarrhea. It has improved but has not gone away and it has been abotu 2 weeks. He is eating and drinking normally. I was advised by the vet tech when I called yesterday to give him a little plain non fat yogurt. I cant get him to eat it any tips? He turned his little nose up and wont go near it. I tried smearing it on the top of his paw, he just walked around with it on his paw, didn't lick it off. Any ideas? I am going to try to mix it with a little tuna I guess?

My cats love plain yogurt, but if your cat eats wet food, you can try it in that. I mix in plain canned pumpkin in my 3 cats wet food twice a week to keep them regular.

My vet gives a probiotic to sprinkle on their food whenever the cats need an antibiotic.
