I know I have seen this posted before so I will apologize in advance. I am wondering what supplies are in a one bedroom villa - mainly in the kitchen. If anyone knows of the website where this is listed please let me know. Once again I apologize for having to have this information repeated.

I had to do a little digging on the members DVC site, but here it is:

One-, two-, and three-bedroom Vacation Homes are fully equipped for your convenience. Here’s what typically awaits you:

In The Kitchen

Appliances

GE refrigerator with ice maker
GE 4-burner electric stove/oven
GE microwave
2-sided sink with disposal
1 electric mixer
1 bar mixer blender
1 10-cup coffeemaker
1 toaster

Amenities

1 coffee starter pack
Coffee filters
Sugar and Equal® packets
Serviceware

Dinnerware, glassware,
flatware service for 8 (service for 12 in three-bedroom Vacation Homes)
Serving platter, vegetable bowls, salad serving bowl, sugar bowl, pitcher, cream server
8-piece cookware set (pots, pans, and lids)
Colander, casserole dishes,
cutting board, measuring cups, measuring spoons, cookie sheet
Paring knife, cook's knife, whisk, tongs, vegetable peeler, serving spoon, serving fork, ladle
Tea kettle
Pot holders

Hope that answers your question. :)

BE sure to check the items against the list posted in the kitchen when you arrive though. I ended up in the middle of making something one dayk and realized I was missing a very important tool to the process! Had to call housekeeping with the request! Now I do that on arrival, so I don't get caught last minute.

Frequesntly missing items: kitchen towels, potholders, juice glasses, ice cube trays. Just call Mousekeeping and they will replenish. (why do people take potholders?)

Coffee filters????

We just got back from a VWL one-bedroom and there were no coffee filters.

There were 3 coffee starter packs (the four-cup, grinds in a filter bag type). We brought some of our favorite coffee from home, but forgot the basket style filters.

We checked at the gift store (Mercantile), but they didn't sell just filters - only coffee in filter packs.

But we called Housekeeping, and they brought up a box of Mr. Coffee filters right away!

I have never ever received coffee filters, but, no biggie, I bring my own.
The only fridges, to the best of my knowledge, that have icemakers, are the ones at OKW.
the mixer is no longer standard, you have to call for it.
Tea Kettles have been, on my last visits, a "call for it" item also.

Thanks everyone. I thought at one time I saw someone say that the one bedrooms also had pizza pans. Anyone know?

I have never seen a pizza pan, just a cookie sheet, rectangular.

Are there dishwashers in the 1 or 2 bedrooms?
Do you need to wash the dishes manually in the sink?
If there are no dishwashers then the kitchen will be get fairly thick at the end of the week.
What about dishwashing soap? Do we need to bring that?
I'm not a neat freak or anything but this could get kind of gross after a week with a full family.

Thanks for the info.
I will be able to sleep better now knowing that there's not a mountain of dishes in the Kitchen and DW is not yelling at me to clean them.
