Kitchen Sink?

Is this "Kitchen Sink" good or bad? What is it, where was it from, and will I miss it if I go there?

It's picture is in my sig, and if you like gooey, melting ice cream with 8 scoops of ice cream, cake, peanut butter, pineapple, orange candy slices, brownies, pound cake, hot fudge, cherries, whipped cream, to name a few items, all melted together, you'll love it. My grand was thrilled with it..I easily can do without.

You can get this at Beaches and Cream over at the Beach Club. It's in a metal bowl, shapped like a sink.

....they make a big deal out of serving up a Kitchen Sink! They brought out two while we were having lunch. At first I thought it was a power failure, since there was a thunderstorm happening at the time. It IS a sight to see, and I cannot imagine eating one!

We skipped dinner and ordered one to split when DS was about 13. It's very memorable. I have the picture of us eating it over my computer! It's pretty good tasting too.

You aren't kidding..within minutes it started to melt, and what a mess, and mixture it turned into LOL!

Does anyone remember how much one costs? This looks like fun for my DH and I and our friends to try.

With tax and tip it cost us $28. I think the menu price was 22.99. We had one KS and 2 ice waters.

It was fun we really enjoyed it but will most likely never do it again. Just a Disney thing, a DIS board thing even. We have some great pictures if I can figure out how to post them I will post a couple on this thread when I get home. I even have one pic of what was left when the 4 of us (Me, DW, and 2 DS (1&3 years old))were done with it... or I should say when it was done with us because we didn't come close to finishing it. One big pile of goo!

The Volcano at RFC on the other hand was a delicious dessert it was 11.99 if I recall correctly and the four of us devoured that AFTER a meal at RFC. We will be doing that one again next year. And the fact that we will have RFC GCs(MyPoints) helps too.
