Kitchen Nightmares Show?

Just wondering if anyone lives near any of the restraunts that Gordon has redone etc. We live a few towns away from one. I saw the show where he remodeled it etc. We have actually never been in it before or after the remodel. But I did actuaally meet the owner while oru sons were getting hair cuts. He told me he owned the restraunt, invited us (not free) etc. This was the origianl ownerr and not the owner who got the remodel.

Well when Gordon remodeled it he showed how filthy (ew!!) the place was).

Anyway, we were driving by it last week and the WHOLE place is gutted, totally gutted again, sign says coming soon X restraunt etc

Wow, I guess his remodel didnt work etc, mayaybe they sold it? Just wondering if they have to reimburse the show etc?

I don't believe they would have to reimburse the show.The producers of the TV show got what they paid for.... an episode to air.

Which restaurant was this?

It doesn't surprise me. There have been a few restaurant's that where on that show that ended up closing afterwards. I don't believe they have to repay anything to the production company.
