Kitchen Faucet install price?

Hi everyone,
I just bought a new condo and wanted change by kitchen faucet and also install Insta hot with dispenser in sink

Before I had single lever builder special faucet with sprayer on the right and the metal plate covering other two holes I'm not using

I bought the following items myself at Furgyson Plumbing and Electrical supply house
a) New Moen Arbor high spout touchless faucet with built in sprayer all in the faucet which comes down and then auto retracts
b) A new newport brass instahotwater tank, and insta hot faucet

First of all; I should mention I had to hold the faucets while he tightened them.

The guy got there at 2PM, didn't start till 3PM and left at 7PM...gave me the price before he started and then about 5:30PM he turned the water on to the insta tank and it leaked.

He told me he was going to charge to come back but I told him I will never use him again if he charges me the job is still not done..

I spent over a week trying to find a plumber that would show up and be reasonable and reliable

I live in Morris County.....

If anyone knows a reasonable plumber in my area ; I don't want to use this guy again I thought maybe the job should cost 300-350 Max.

You should also pay close attention to the quantity of installation holes your sink comes with. Typically in newer homes, the number of holes, or ‘plugs’ as less as it saves on materials, but for some older homes more plug sockets will be required. Some faucets also come with accessories attached that install under the baseplate the unit sits on, so space for a soap dispenser and side sprayer, amongst others, will be ideal.

We paid $65 for a Handy Man, he wasn't a plumber and all he did was put in the new facet which we bought ($90 at Menards).

My plumber told me if I bought it myself, their installation charge is about $100.

A few months ago I also bought a kitchen faucet. First I thought about plumber but then my wife found a post about install a new faucet on google. Then we follow those instruction and did the job successfully.

This may be my own personal opinion, but I get the impression from a lot of people that they’re put off buying a new kitchen faucet because of the added cost of a plumber to help them install it. You see once you’ve added up the cost of the device itself, shipping costs and then the cost of a professional it can run into many hundreds of dollars (depending on the model you buy of course).It would seem like installing a new faucet is simple. However there are a lot of factors to think about, not to mention those unexpected problems that sometimes pop up. The price range for kitchen faucet install can be variously , for example I heard 50 - 600 dollars range .
