Kinko's copy of scrapbook

Well I fenally finished the scrapbook for my sister's 45th birthday. It ended up being 38 pages. This is basically every picture of our childhood. Both are oparents are gone so the pictures did not get much journalling because there was no one to ask. The pictures are mostly of the 2 of us with pages for parents and grandparents. I even made a family tree with a cut out tree base and used a lef punch for all the names. I think it turned out pretty good and she cried when I gave it to her.

I went to Kinko's to copy it before I gave it to her. It cost me $1.79 a page and I only losr 1/2 inch on 1 side. The copies are unbelievable. After I got done I thought I should of shrunk it to fit but then I would of lost some just because it would of been smaller. I am very happy with the copies.

Just wanted to let every one know that it is possible. My scrapbook teacher says she takes digital pictures of all the pages she does for customers.

Glad to hear that your sister enjoyed the book.... it makes it all worthwhile, doesn't it?

For future reference, I found out recently that I can make color copies (8 1/2 x 11) at Staples for .39/page. Although I must admit, I had some trouble with the colors on some of the pages....................P

what size did you use?

my scrap book was 12 X 12 and when it copied it copied at 12 X 11.5. When I found out the size i started to make the pages so there would be a side I didn't mind missing .5 inch on.
