Gonna try to make it to Kingsland on the way down to overnight. I've found the Microtel and the Sleep Inn with decent rates and reviews. Anybody stayed at either or have another recommendation?

Thanks

I have stayed at the "La Quinta" and "Hawthorn Suite" at the Kingsland, Ga. Both times, we were driving from Chicago to my mother-in-law's in Richmond, VA before heading South to WDW. If I remembered it right, they are both at exit #3 on I-95. Both hotels were really nice and not too expensive. Check them out.

We always make Kingsland our stop over point (13 hours from DE with only 3 hours to go the next morning). Every time we've stayed at Country Inn and Suites. Very nice place.. Nice indoor pool with 'waterfall'..Applebees is within walking distance for dinner. Then there is the complementary "continental" breakfast. It is much more than bagels and cereal and is a cost savings to factor in.... it's nice to have a good breakfast to start out on arrival day!:thumbsup2
