Kings Dominion Virginia Help Needed

Hi,
I am leaving Friday to visit my son in Virigina. I would like to take my DS 16 to Kings Dominion Park. Does anyone know of a good discount for tickets. Their site has $15 off a ticket, if you buy three days prior to your visit. Anything better? My son's wife works for the government any discounts for government workers.

Your daughter in law can check the govt's travel site but I don't think King's Dominion is covered. At least not that my husband has been able to find and he works for the govt. The $15 sounds good to me. I live not too far from there and I haven't seen any better discounts. Enjoy. Right now we are having beautiful weather!

I used a code off of the website provided in that thread. I believe it was $15 off. The code was "DUKE". We will be there on Saturday for DD's 15 birthday. I got 4 tickets for $140

I don't have an codes for you, but just wanted to say that we visited King's Dominion last year, and my kids loved it. They are huge roller coaster fanatics and Kings Dominion now ranks close to the top of their favorite them parks list - Cedar Point is still on top! We went on a day before Virginia schools were out, and practically had the place to ourselves. They rode the coasters so many times that they were actually ready to leave!

not to hijack...but have a question. Anyone know if you can get a discount on Kings Dominion tickets if you are a passholder at one of their other parks? We are passholders at Kings Island, and are headed to Virginia in a couple of weeks. Not sure if we will go, but nice to know if we could get an additional discount.

If you have a Platinum Pass, then admission into all Cedar Fair parks is free. If you only have a Gold pass, you can upgrade it at the ticket center and pay the difference. It will also get you into Cedar Point in Ohio.
