So, this game is coming out September 7 and I have been following it since it was announced with Days and Coded. That means I have waited 4 years for this game to come out. They finally showed it at E3 this year and Gamescom in Europe. Here's the Gamescom trailer which is the best one.

I have been a Kingdom Hearts fan for a long time. Ever since Chain of Memories on my gameboy I was hooked. It comes out on the 10th in europe and they also get a special edition box.

So yeah.

Discuss anything relating to this game. For those of you who know stuff already from the Japanese version please keep spoilers out.

Oh crud, I was thinking it was coming out in October! I need to get a new PSP...

Yeah speaking of PSP's this game will NOT be available on the Go so sorry PSP Go users. There's a bundle you will be able to get too if you want to get a PSP the same time you get the game.

I cannot say how annoyed I am that this game is for PSP only. Because that means I can't play it. :headache:

Is that bundle available in the UK? I leave WDW on September 3rd, so I won't be getting it in the USA -_- I might ask my aunt to get me it, but i'm not sure if games in the UK will work on an American console.

I'm probably going to just watch the story on youtube. I don't have enough money or interest for a psp right now, though the story does sound neat.

Don't worry man there is no region lock on PSP's so you can buy the game from wherever. I'm not sure if there's a bundle in the UK. But if you have games you bought in the UK they will work on an American console. I say this because people were playing the Japanese version of Birth by Sleep on American consoles so yeah. I'll check to make sure though.

Edit: Yup, you can play your UK games on an american PSP. However, UMD movies are region coded so if you have any UK UMD movies then they won't work on an american console.

Also, if you don't want to spend a lot of money on PSPs you can buy PSP 2000's for a pretty low price, also they're completely hackable, unlike the 3000's.

I'm not surprised KH is going back "home" to sony. 358/2days sell too well on the DS, despite the extensive marketing. I think you can get a copy at gamestop for 10.00 now. The value seriously depreciated very rapidly.

I don't think PSP does region locks. You could play your USA game in the UK without too many problems. It would be in american-english, so spelling differences, but that would probably be about it.

darn it I have the go:headache:. ill have to start saving my money.

If any of you are interested in knowing, here are some of the VA's for the characters:

Ventus: Jesse McCartney
Aqua: Willa Holland
Terra: Jason Dohring
Master Eraqus: Mark Hamill-WIN
Master Xehanort: Leonard Nimoy-WIN
Braig: James Patrick Stuart
Dilan: David Dayan Fisher
Captain Hook/ Yen Sid/ Dale/ Ansem the Wise: Corey Burton-I know, Christopher Lee isn't returning :(

Even: Derek Stephen Prince
Experiment 626(Stitch): Chris Sanders
Hades: James Woods-WOOO
Young Hercules: Josh Keaton
Isa: Kirk Thornton
Lea: Quinton Flynn-WOOO
Mickey: Brett Iwan

I'm pretty happy with the voices. There's a few characters and actors I didn't mention because it's spoilers. I would like it if you guys would also not talk about that stuff since I don't think this forum has spoiler tags.

Usually, we put spoilers and white and say (highlight for spoilers) or something like that. :goodvibes

I wish I had enough money for a PSP, I've played every other game in the series except Re: CoM and that's because I had no intention of putting myself through that card garbage again T.T Oh well, to youtube, I guess...

I found Re: CoM much easier than the GBA version. I'm still stick at teh parasite cage on it, I believe. :lmao:
I couldn't see anything on the teeny screen. :thumbsup2

I can't justify saving for, and buying, a PSP for one game. I just can't.

To those of you who don't want to buy a PSP for this game, you could probably buy a used one at gamestop and trade it back in (with the game) when youre finished and get 1/3-1/2 of your money back. :confused3

Are you kidding?! My uncle just bought me a PSP but I didn't even realize there was a KH game coming out to go with it. Kingdom Hearts is the warm fuzzy of video games. ^-^

That's brilliant! I didn't even think about that... I may have to consider that! :goodvibes

That's actually a really good idea! Thanks so much! :goodvibes

You might have to drive around to a few different game stops to find a used psp, but it will be much cheaper than a new one, and if you wait a few weeks, there will probably be a used version of the game. Once you're done, you can return them to gamestop for either store credit (you get more money back with store credit) or cash. you won't get it 100% back, but you'll get a good bit of it back.
