Someone asked this in the photo post, but I though it was more likely to get seen here.

Are the King bed rooms w/ full bath (not disabled access) at WL only in the Woods view?

I booked a courtyard view and requested a king bed. Does that mean I can't have both?

Thank you!!! I am in need of that info!! I keep asking :lmao: hoping someone will know!

Dec 06 we booked a courtyard view with a king, our 10 year anniversary. I was on the third floor right in the middle of the lobby facing the water and the pool and the geyser....the room was incredible!

This was our view

Thank you MickeyNicki!! I will see if that view is available. The more I read the reviews on allears about the difficulty of getting a king bed room that was not handicapped, the more nervous I was getting!

Do you remember the rooms #'s or do I just ask for courtyard view king bed room?

:flower3: Thanks again!

Wow! What a room! I did request inner courtyard view off the lobby, hoping for a "bear face" room. I would ove to get the room you had.

Wish me luck!

Wish you luck, OP!

Two times I received king bed rooms at WL, and both times they were handicapped-assessible and on the ground floor. Hated the location - I rather have a tub, a view, and a balcony! Funny thing is, I never asked for a king bed, nor do I need handicapped-assessible. :confused3 But I guess because I was solo and WL needed someone to fill these unused king bed rooms, I had to be placed there. The second time it happened, I managed to beg and plead myself into a 3rd floor room with 2 queen beds - loved it! :cloud9:

My first time getting a handicapped-assessible king bed room, I booked a standard but received an upgrade to a "woods view", which was a room right next to the loading dock. Some upgrade. The second time, I booked a courtyard and received a king bed handicapped-assessible room right next to the pool bar at the absolute end of the hall. Ughhhhh ....

I am staying at WL next month, and once again, I know I will get a undesirable ground-floor king bed handicapped-assessible room. Just watch. :sad2:

Hope you all do better than I did with the king bed issue!

You are so welcome!

I wish I remembered the room number I think it was 3417 or something. I just remember that when we were checking in the CM at the desk pointed straight to the middle of the lobby that overlooks just about everything and she said is that ok for you guys? We took the elevator that is across from the gift shop, went to the third floor and got off the elevator and went straight across towards the right. There were large glass sitting areas right next to our room and we witnesses 2 weddings! When we opened our room door we had a huge view of the lobby staring straight out to the Xmas tree, Whispering Canyon was to the right and the check in desks were to the left.

It was the PERFECT location!
