My DH, DS and DD's boyfriend will be in one room, Me, DD and DS's girlfriend in another. Girls can sleep together, but I don't know how to arrange the guys. DH and DS could sleep in a double, but it would be uncomfortable.

If we got the guys a King room, then DH and DS could have the bed and we could put BF on an air mattress. Question is, which room would have more floor space for the mattress?
Any suggestions?

the room with one King Bed has more floor space... I would get the King room, and stick the BF on the floor (but I dont think Disney will let you book 3 adults in a 1King Bed room, i think they would require 2 Double bed rooms)... You would still have enough floor space in a 2Dbl bed room for the BFs air mattress

Remember though that a king room is request only. If I remember right there is not a huge number of them available. I saw somewhere here (sorry can't remember where) that you could fit an air matress in a double room but it would have to go by the TV and the table would have to be moved out of the way. I think either way you go you will be fine. Plus if the BF is anything like I used to be he'll be able to sleep anywhere you put him
