Do you know any sites for free Kindle ebooks? I am new to the Kindle and would like to know where you get your books.

Well, Amazon

But if you use the Search function on this board near the top of the page and type in Kindle, you'll get a bunch of threads. One site I like (that I got from one of those threads) is ereaderiq.com. It's updated about every day, and it links you to Amazon.

But search for those other threads. They're very informative.

I go to Books on the Knob blog and free and discounted ebooks are listed constantly.

I have hundreds of books on my Kindle that I got for Christmas and I have only actually purchased about 5.
