How do you get the little bit of leftover votive wax out of the votive holder? Is there an easy and non messy way to do this? Thanks!

Really simple solution. Stick the votive glass in the freezer for 20 minutes. The leftover candle wax will just pop out with a little nudge from a knife.

Wow so glad you asked I was trying to figure that our too the other day!!

I just put mine in the sink with hot tap water inside the holder and the wax becomes soft enough to get out with a teaspoon. Thanks for the freezer tip (isn't this a place you can store candles to help them last longer? - or maybe I've mixed tips up again!).

Hi, I use the freezer method all the time. Usually leave votives in an hour. woulnd't try this with a really delicate piece of crystal, tho. Like those crystal stem gllasses candle holders that are popular.

herc.
