Kinda feel bad...

I am going to a womens retreat at a beautiful lake in the mountains this weekend and I feel kinda bad because I haven't been getting excited about it. I can't think about anything else except going to DL in less than 2 weeks!! I'm sure things will change once I get up there with all of my girlfriends!

I don't blame you. I have trouble thinking about anything else and my trip is 5 months away... I try my best to focus on what's coming up next but it's very difficult!

Nothing tops Disney in our house. Dont sweat it. You will have a good time once you are up there. Yur friends (like mine) may have to remind you that they are not as crazy about Disney as you are...but other than that I'm sure you will feel some excitement while enjoying the fresh mountain air and a little all girl time.

So I wound up not going on the retreat. I came down with an ugly cold that I am sure has turned into a sinus infection! So I had to stay home and be miserable! At least I'm sick now and not in 2 weeks!

Thanks! I'm so glad that I have Disboards to hang out with while I lay here on the couch all day! At least I have some online friends to hang out with that I won't get sick!

LOL!......... Do not feel bad.............I so know what you mean we have planned our second trip ever to WDW in Dec 2008 we have the ressies and everything and it is still 13 months away but it is all I can think about every day!
I am so excited!
We decided to do a day trip to DL on 10/19/07 so in a few weeks! This will I hope get some of the Disney exciteeees out of me so I can focus on other things beside all our Disney trips we have planned and then the day trips in between that we always take like this one coming up in 2 weeks on the
19th.

So far our Disney outlook looks a bit like this (we are ap holders so we try to go all the time):

October 19th - Day trip for daughters B-day

Novemeber 27th through the 29th - Stay at the Disney Land Hotel and just going because my hubby needed to use some of his PTO time.

December 25th - Tentative day trip just for the Holidays

January 07th 2008 - January 11th 2008 our yearly trip we make for our anniversary staying at the GC with a down town disney district view at concierge level (my very favorite place to stay!)

From January to November - I am sure we will use our aps very often so who knows how many day trips or over nighters we will do.

And the big one December 2nd through the 9th 2008 our second trip ever to WDW staying at the AKL (SV) I am so excited!!!



Our first trip to WDW we won from McDonalds and it was the best! We were treated like royalty and stayed at the Boardwalk Villas 6 nights! It was out of this world!

Anyhow the point of my long rambles is that Diseny makes you forget that you are a part of this real world and takes you back to fantasy no matter what age and it is hard to think of anything else when you know what you are going to experience with a another trip to disney.....so don't feel bad.
