Hey guys. Not too much to report, except that hopefully my mom is doing a little better, since her stomach seemed to accept food today. She has her endoscopy scheduled for tomorrow morning, and I'm just hoping and praying they get some answers out of it.

Thanks again, you guys for all of your help, encouragement and support.

Amy - I definitely get my positive outlook from my mom. She was amazing tonight when I went to see her. She's laughing and telling anyone that comes in that Tuesday is her 36th anniversary and she'd prefer to not be in a hospital gown for it! hahaha I know she's frustrated and wants to get out of there, but she was still laughing. Gotta love her!

Kim - Glad to hear mom is feeling better. Hopefully they'll find the source of the pain today w/ the endosope. Keep us informed.....we care....and we're nosey!!

Hey guys...not much to share. The colonoscopy yesterday showed nothing wrong. Which is good and bad, I guess.

She's got another cat scan scheduled today, this time with contrast (dye).

Hey guys.

My mom had another cat scan done today, and they did find a clot in her lung. She will be in the hospital for at least another 5 days so they can give her blood thinners and keep an eye on it. They are still thinking that is not the source of her pain, but that whatever IS causing her pain, is probably the cause of the clot. So now they are even more concerned.

A hemotologist has been called in to work with her now.

I'll be back with more info as I get it. I'm bringing my kids in to see her tonight. I hope that can help her smile through all of this crap.

Having a hemotologist should help with finding a source for the clots, and perhaps get rid of some of the pain.

First of all, THANK YOU so much you guys.

I just went to see my mom on my lunch break. She has been moved to another room because of the concern they have with her clot. She is having some difficulty breathing today and that is a major concern with clots. They are worried that it will move, and that is NOT good if it does.

She is now on oxygen and a heart monitor. They did ultrasounds of the legs and pelvis today and didn't see any more clots, so that is good news.

If you can, please continue to pray for her.
