). I did the old run around the block & finished in 24 minutes. I ran 6, walked 3. I wish I knew how I ever finished in 21 or 22 minutes that one day. But it's ok...I'm all about finishing at this point!
And yes, I deserve each and every ounce!!! At this point, I'm glad I did some extra exercising this week...or it would have been worse!
I'm looking forward to running with you in the Guts and Glory 5K! I still have to register for that one....better do that soon
But I'm going with that!
