Kim,I am so sorry to hear about your grandmother. You all will be in my prayers.
I hope you get out of jury duty.

Beth
Kim,

Jury duty couldn't have gone any better. They let us all go around 10:30am, and when I called tonight about tomorrow, it said we don't have to report back at all!!
I wouldn't really mind it any other time, but this week just wasn't the best for me.
I didn't have a c25k printout handy, and didn't feel like going online...so I just figured I'd wing it, and maybe run a "kim" (aka 2 miler). After 1 mile (12 mins) my legs were heavy, so I took a walk break. But when I was walking my shins were really hurting bad.
I walked 4 mins (1/4 mile) and then started running again, just to see how far I could go. I made a loop and ended up running all the way home.
Total distance = 3.2 miles. Time 39 minutes.
Thanks to U2 for keeping great pace for me.

Hey Kim,
I just thought you might need another
Take care,
Beth

(Though I have no idea why the hug smilie is now in the MORE category. It's my favorite one!)
Kim...I'm so glad you didn't have to worry about jury duty. That helps a lot! Still thinking about your grandma...and your family
. I am proud of you for getting out there and running yesterday, sometimes it's the hardest thing to do but after it's done it really helps to lift the spirits a bit.
s for you and your family!!!

I don't know which is worse...the waiting or the grieving afterwards.
Good to "see" you, Julie!

And I could be wrong about this, but I think the grief is there even during the waiting, because you are anticipating the loss. To me, makes the waiting the harder part, but that's just my humble opinion. Is she in a coma at this point? Are the doctors giving any idea about timeframe? It's so hard not knowing.
It's very, very sad, but I'm doing ok right now. Services will be next Wednesday - so I'm sure that'll be an awful day.

My heart goes out to you, sweetie.
We will keep you and your family in our thoughts and prayers. If there's anything that we can do for you, please let us know.
