While at Castaway Cay, will there be onboard activities on the Dream? There are two stops on our cruise, but I'm not sure we want to get off the ship both times. Interested in kids clubs, too. Thanks.

At Castaway Cay, Oceaneer's Club/Lab moves to the island. The nursery is still onboard the ship.

But there are a few general activities onboard during the stop in Castaway Cay. AquaDuck will be open, as well as the pools. You can look here for an idea of what sorts of things are generally available on Castaway Cay day (from past Navigators):
