Kid's Table Service Credits

If a restaurant is 2 TSC,will they also deduct 2 for the kid's meal? We ate at FF last year and they seemed to only deduct one kid's credit and then 2 each for the adults. At the time I thought it made sense because my nephew eats pizza pretty much every night no matter where we eat and he never eats an app. Is this normal or was it just a mistake?

Sounds like a mistake. A Signature restaurant "costs" each diner two credits.
