Kids Suite- 2 Baths??

If you go to the Universal web site you can see the room layouts. We are going in January, with 2 teen daughters, and won't get the kids suite (Royal Pacidifc Hotel) because it had only 1 bathroom.

By the way the floor plan looks they are only 1 bath

Both times in kids suite stays we have had ONE bath and ONE walk in shower. This was at the HRH.

I cannot see how 4 adults and 1 child would be comfortable in a kids suite, mainly for the reason that the only entrance into the kid's bedroom is through the adult bedroom. If the adults sleeping in the kid's section want to come and go at a different time than the other adults, or even need to go to the bathroom at night, they would have to disturb the adults in the adult bedroom.

I would think that 2 sets of adults would be much more comfortable in two rooms that have two separate bathrooms and their own entrances to the hallways.

Portofino Bay Kids Suite
Our Kids Suites let mom and dad have a little privacy, and the kids have some fun! With a standard king bedroom for the adults plus a separate room for the kids, there’s plenty of space for the whole family at 650 - 675 square feet. The two separate rooms are connected via a door that can be open or closed, and feature a single entrance to the adult room. In other words, the children’s room opens only into the adult’s room, and not into the hallway. The kids rooms are decorated in fun themes and include two twin beds or bunk bed, a small table and chair set, separate closet, and a television.

Our kids suite was inverted to the the pictures above. This was at the HRH and it had two entrances/exits to the kids rooms. One through the master bedroom and one through the kids bathroom.

I think I would do Villa Suite at the Portofino instead. It has two queens and a pullout. You could also do a deluxe room at Hard Rock. It also has two queens and a pullout but there is only one room. However, for the extra money you will pay for the two extra adults and larger room, you may just be better off getting two standard queen rooms.

I just called and changed reservation to 2 rooms (Got CLUB!!) requested adjuoing, what do you think the chances are that I get it? I think it will work out much better, with the 2 baths and with club it didn't really increase my cost as much as I expected.

Thanks Everyone- I would love to hear about the Club level (views/rooms to request/ floors/ buildings / foods/drinks ) EVERYTHING! Tell me all I need to know!!
