With my gastric bypass I can't eat a full meal, can an adult order off the kids menu at a sit down restaurant? We are going to San angel for late lunch.
If you go to table service restaurants, most have some kind of grilled fish, grilled chicken or steak as an option. Some times more than one. One of my daughters went a week without eating a chicken nugget but she ate well at table service meals. Most places kids meals are pizza and chicken nuggets. Just something to consider

assuming you are not on a dining plan any DISNEY operated restaurant this is fine.
My husband's doctor gave him a card saying he had the surgery, and needed to order from the kids menu.
Accounting.I wonder what difference it would make? They come ahead money when adults order off the kid's menu, because it's less food?

I don't think that would hold up. They could argue it is on your husband to police his own portion. They could let him order from the children's menu but nothing would stop them from charging more for it.
