Kids Size Hip Packs?

I'm trying to buy these before I go to save some $. However, I'm having a hard time finding them anywhere! Have you seen any kid sized ones around town?

I found one for my daughter at the Childrens place. They also sell them at Disney for a pretty penny!

Oh, I am having the hardest time trying to find one for my DD6, too! I will have to check the Children's Place.

I hope that you can find the child size packs. If not you can try what worked for us. We weren't able to find child size packs but it worked out ok by knotting the belt of an adult pack a few times. Just make sure the knot is in a comfortable spot. No complaints on our last trip!

I found one for my DD8 at Target in the luggage department.

I looked all over couldnt find one so I decided to buy a small adult one from wal-mart. It's a little too baggy for my skinny 11yo ds so I will cut the strap, shorten it then sew across with the machine. It should be nominal work and the pack was about $4.

I found mine at the Dollar Tree (can't beat $1) Navy blue, heavy cotton/nylon-type fabric (same fabric as other waistpacks) with 2 zipper compartments!

Disney Kids Hip Bags/Fanny Packs can be bought from a seller on Ebay. They are not the cheapest I've found, but they are small and very cute. My daughter loves hers.

Not trying to start anything but, check with your child first that they will wear it for sure. We checked and DD's said yes but after the first day, they wouldn't wear them anymore. They were too hot and had to keep removing them before rides and such. They had small kid ones too. I only bring this up since I wasted money buying them and they really did not like wearing them. I carry a sling backpack and so all we needed was in one spot. I just don't want you to waste money too....that's all. Good luck finding them if you still need them. Have a good trip.
