The Kabuki Café in Japan at EP has sushi for a snack credit. Might be the cheapest way for them to try it, but I can't vouch for it. Both the QS and the two TS in Japan also have sushi. Kona Café over at The Poly also has it.

Backlot Express at HS has chicken and waffles with a Darth Vader theme. Again, haven't had them, but they are there.

Tangierine Café in EP has a lamb shawarma platter and that one is VERY good. Spice Road Table also has lamb including a rack of lamb if that was more what they were looking to eat.

Best sushi on property - Kimono's at the Swan (but they don't accept the dining plan). Morimoto's in DS is also good. If you are looking for something in a park, as PP said, the QS place in Japan in EP has a small sushi item on the menu and it's fine.

Lamb - I would suggest Spice Road Table in EP. The food is delicious and the have a great lamb entree. If they would like something smaller or something to share just to try lamb, they have great lamb sliders (you get three sliders with the order).

There aren't any traditional chicken and waffles in WDW. Closest thing would be the sweet and spicy chicken and waffle sandwich at Sleepy Hollow in MK.

I second Disneywishes14 on Kimono's and Spice Road Table, CG also has good sushi.

The one at Backlot Express looks pretty traditional. Is it missing something?
