Kids on shoulders for shows? ARGH! What's the answer though?

It's rude of people to put kids on there shoulders. Everyone wants to show, I wish more people would be considerate of others.

I've seen cms asking people to take kids of shoulders because it disturbs others.

Maybe the should put up a signs asking people to not to put kids on shoulders.

Though they shouldn't have to ask people to have common courtesy.

You're exactly right! You shouldn't have to ask people to be courteous, but unfortunately you do. They should put up signs not just because of obstructing views, but it is a safety hazard. Better yet, they should have people sit!

Last time we watched the fireworks we did two things that helped our kids' view.

1. Got a spot in a curb and near a garbage can. It gave us a 6" height advantage over people in front of us and the garbage can guaranteed nobody was standing there.

2. We had our stroller and I locked the wheels and had DD stand on the seat while i held her waist. DH held the other DD.

Can you take strollers into the WOC viewing area?
