Kids on reservations? Do they need to be listed?

My in-laws are going to SSR this coming week, staying in a studio for 4 nights using my points.

My neice and nephew are going to be with them 2 of the 4 nights, something they thought about when we did up the reservation, but because we were not sure of it, we did not include them in the reservation.

Now that we know that they ARE coming, and when they will be with Grammie and Grampie, I emailed MS to let them know, just in case - the kids are 9 and 13.

No response yet - I'll try to call Monday if I have not heard (they won't be there till next week anyhow) but do you think they'd be ok either way? I would worry more if it were BCV because of the Stormaway Bay issues, but would this cause an issue in SSR, as they are still within the occupancy limits?

Thanks for any thoughts!

It's not necessary to add them to the reservation, but you've already covered that with your email. Grammie/grampie can let the desk know there will be two children arriving later when they check in and extra keys will be provided if desired. There won't be any problem with the reservation - they will likely ask at check-in the number of children and adults in the room.

Sounds like a nice trip for Grammie, Grampie and the two children! :)
