Kids nite out

I am going to break down this trip and hire an in-room baby-sitter for my kids.
For anyone who has done this before would you use KIDS Nite OUT or Fairy
Godmothers? What are the differences? Any advice would be appreciated.

We used KNO for our 3 kids twice during the same trip. The first night was not good. We were stuck with a grandma type who just sat and read a book and told the kids to go play. I was not happy. The next day I called and asked for a more 'attentive' person. The women they sent was great. She played with the kids and they had fun. So our experience was 50/50.

This trip we are using the Cubs den at WL.

We used KNO for our grandaughter. KNO is like mears transportation company to disney..it is the recommended place to use. The lady was outstanding. She come prepared with a stroller, toys, books. We had her from 8am to 10pm. A very long day and the woman was fantastic the whole day. We had her cell, she had all of ours, there was not one problem.

Our grandaughter was around 2 at the time, she was a preemie and way behind. She is teeny tiny and didn't even talk, not one word at the time.
Before we went KNO called and did an interview with me to make sure of what we were expecting, let us know what to expect, what type of sitter we wanted, etc. There were no surprises, they sent exactly what we asked for and we couldn't have been more pleased. We got back at 10pm, our grandaughter was sound asleep, and slept right through the night. There was a full day of playing and walks and food of course..lol. If the sitter is there over meal time, you are to provide a meal for the sitter. We gave the sitter money to take our grandaughter out to eat..lol. They went to the buffet.

KNO is definately pricey, but to have the kids in their own room, able to go to bed on time or whatever it is definately worth it. They only thing they do not do is take them swimming or give them baths. No water activities.

Oh, and the baby's parents were extremely happy also..lol. Grandpa was paying this trip..so Grandma set it all up..lol.

We've used Fairy Godmothers a half-dozen times. We normally get the same sitter...it's a small, family run company, not a big corporation like Kids Nite Out, so it doesn't have a web site or anything.

We've loved their service, and the sitters we've had. They come with toys so that's always a real ice-breaker for DS, 4.

Thumbs up for KNO! We used them last Sept, B/F used them in Nov, and we will probably use them again in May when we go down.
