Kids menus , Disney DJ/Photo/video dinner at Reception?

I am having my reception at the Atlantic Dance Hall with a Buffet. Does anyone know if they charge the same per head as adults for children or is there a kids price? I have a few small children comming and I really don't want to pay $100 a head for them, they don't eat much! Also, do you have to include in your head count the Disney DJ, Photography and videography person for dinner?

not sure about adh since its only a buffet option but i know at ariels where were having our reception in 15 days they offer much cheaper childrens menus. try codie she had her reception there recently.

as for the dj, photo & video they are not included in your meal head count, you can buy them a seperate deli plate which are $13.95 each.

I had reception at ADH Feb 19th. There is a lower price for kids. (don't know how much though, we opted to have child free wedding). There is a deli plate @ $19.95 for DJ, photographer, etc. Honestly though...my photographer & videographer ate right off buffet and nobody said anything.

Our reception is at the GF...our kids meals I believe are 19.95...it's chicken fingers, mac and cheese, fruit. I think there is another one as well that is pizza maybe. Don't quote me on that.

I would like to know how your reception turned out at the ADH? How many people did you have? I am wondering about the seating, are the tables all the same size? What did you have for your menu? I think it would be very cool to have a band there because of the stage but I don't know if its in our budget.

I think it turned out awesome. We had 100 RSVPs I think 97 showed up. We had black linen on the existing tables with sheer silver over the black on the head table. We had a large table for 8-10 ppl added for parents. We did a cocktail hour w/ hot and cold apps. For dinner we had a carving station with prime rib and the fixings, we had a mashed potato martini bar, red skin potatoes, chix and beef stir fry w/ rice, salad bar, pasta bar, dessert bar and choc fountain. Everyone raved about the food. I loved having a live band. I used Mark Zauss and the Z street band. If you are going to use an outside band (especially z street) book them outside of disney. We saved a lot of money that way. We also had a 4 piece string quartet for ceremony / cocktail hour. If you want PM me your email address and I can send you some pics. Don't have my professionals back yet, but I have a few of ADH. Also, since the tables are small and there are about 32 of them we used the pillars w/ floating candles and rose petals as table decoration. This looked great and was economical BC we used them at the ceremony too. I did not do a seating chart...and it worked out great! Sorry so long....hope this helps !

We also had 99 guests and it came out great. We were told that we couldn't have linens on the marble top tables (to my mother's chagrin) but I loved the marble tops plain anyway! We didn't do a band, but I did ask that the white movie screen be down as I'm not a big fan of the stage as it sits--without a band. We also didn't use any extra tables (again to my mom's chagrin) but I liked the jazz cozy feel of the four top tables. It is such a fabulous place to have a reception...good luck!

You wont have to pay $100 a head if they are aged under 9.
We only had 3 children under 9 and therefore ordered 3 kids plated meals. They cannot do a buffet for a small amount of children. They had mini burgers & hotdogs cupcakes & other bits, all for $22.99.
The adults had a buffet, and the children also ate from that too. There was huge amounts served.
