Good Morning,

I am looking on Disney website at menus and they have two choices for kids.

Kids' Mickey Check Meals
Kids' Meals

What is the difference if any? Please and thank you.

Mickey Check Meals meet nutritional guidelines for kids and tend to include more fruit/vegetable and less breading.

A kid's meal tends to be higher in salt/fat/evil.

What is the difference if any? Please and thank you.

You can also mix and match. If there's an entree in the Check meals your kids would like, but they want the fries instead of the broccoli, you can do that. If they prefer a Meal entree, but want the healthier sides, you can do that too.
