We are not big eaters in the morning and even though we are on the Basic DP (and do not wish to use a credit for breakfast) I planned on paying for breakfast OOP. Can you purchase kid's meals for adults (all 4 of us are by WDW standards)? I planned on using my KTTW card and charging them to our room and realized they will see we are a party of 4 "adults". I really just wanted to grab something @ Cafe Rix in the morning for our group but am afraid I will be breaking some Disney law. I really do try to follow the rules most of the time. I figure if I want a kid's portion and that is all I want and I am paying for it that should be okay.
If you are paying OOP you can order whatever you want. If you are on the dining plan, an adult can order from the kids menu as well. It is obviously not the most cost effective, but you will have no problems using an *adult* credit for a *kids* meal.
No one has ever challenged my choice.
