This is included in the package. You only have to buy your tickets-not the buy one adult get one child free. Just book 3 nights before July 31. Be sure to book the onsite deal so you'll have the FOTL access! Here's a cost breakdown:

Universal Orlando knows everyone is a kid at heart, but your child must be between the ages of 3 and 9 years old to take advantage of this offer. In addition, if your child more then 52 inches tall, you will need valid proof of age, such as a copy of their birth certificate. The free kids theme park ticket and kids eat free offer are valid for one kid per paying adult, with a maximum of two free kids per room. Additional kids will need to pay for theme park admission ($99.95 plus tax) and any meals.
