Kids Fly FREE on United Airlines for bookings made through April 7, 2006,* for arrivals Jan. 3, 2006 - April 25, 2006. One child (age 2-11) will fly free per one accompanying adult with this offer (adult must be 18 years of age or older). Travel must be completed by April 27, 2006. Standard change and cancel fees apply. Must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to arrival or by 5:00 p.m. PST on April 7, 2006 (whichever is sooner).

Oh man, we are planning to go to DL for the 1st time April 29th. Can't go sooner because DH teaches college and isn't out before that.

Oh well.

I don't know anything about United's promo, but I know, in the past, Alaska promo isn't always the best deal. The cost of the adult fare is almost always much higher then some of the restricted fares you can get online. I ran the numbers this last June and it was more expensive for our family of three. Alaska usually has some pretty good packages (hotel, tickets and airfare) available on their website. They were cheaper than expedia and travelocity.
