Kids Fest Packet Pickup

We are hoping somebody else has read over the Kids Fest packet pickup instructions and got a little more out of it than we did. We are arriving mid-day Friday and our daughter is running her race on Saturday. In one paragraph, it says packet pickup closes at 10:45 on Friday and on Saturday. But in the event schedule part, it lists 2-8 on Friday for packet pickup. Maybe I am answering my own question here, but does that mean packet pickup is closing during event times (11-2) on Friday, but reopening at 2?
