Believe me she HAS to be cute. She's going through some monster defiant not listening stage that has me at the end of my rope. I'm at a complete loss at this point about how to get through to her. The naughty spot isn't phasing her these days, loss of privileges, nothing bothers her or gets through to her. I'm sure it's just a phase but I hope it's on it's way out. We've been going through toys, etc. trying to pare down so that there isn't too much stuff laying around to get into, and I'm thinking about starting some sort of reward system for doing good things so that she has something to work toward like going to the movies or getting a new book at the book store.
She can be a real sweetheart when she wants to be but these days the whining, the bossiness, and the flat out tuning out to anything she doesn't want to hear or do is getting old. And people say that the twos are terrible, those people obviously never had a 3 year old.My personal favorite is being told "how" to drive my car by someone who can't reach the pedals and has no clue.
Yep sounds like my 3 year old too. Great photos though she is adorable!
Great pictures. Looks like you had a lot of fun. I love the pirate Mickey shirt.Okay, I hope I have these all resized okay. Photobucket is giving me fits.
The obligatory picture of DD at Minnie's sewing machine. No custom on this day, unfortunately.

They said that this guy sitting behind us was Dum Dum from Night at the museum. DS had to go back to the hotel Lodge because he wasn't feeling well.![]()

The only picture I have that shows the lightly decoupaged capris that I made for me.

Scary faces at the Animal Kingdom and a worn out Megan on DH's lap at the bs stop.

Customs for Chef Mickey. Megan's dress had 3 long tiers and was very twirly. She was twirling around in he lobby at the Wilderness Lodge and a lady yelled across the room, "THAT DRESS IS SOOO AWESOME!!!" She and Dniece also got lots of attention at Chef Mickey. Megan wore her dress again the next night at WCC and the waiter started calling her "Polka Dots".

I also have some beautiful shots of the castle with the holiday lighting if anyone wants to see those.
Hey everyone!!! I'm glad to hear that you're ok too, t!
We've been super busy around here with Christmas stuff, and we're getting ready to head to WDW on Tuesday afternoon after Madison's Christmas ballet show at school. And, of course, I'm just starting on a really cute cheetah santa dress for the girls, since we'll be staying at the AK Villas. I thought that it would fit great, but I'm going to be up ALL night on this one, and I still need to pack everything else up, AND go to work tomorrow.
It's gonna be a LONG night!!! Oh, and I'll have to post some pictures of the newest Nana creation. She just sent it to the girls last week. They are adorable jumper dresses with this fabric that is "sandmen" on the beach, instead of "snowmen". It is just too, too cute!!!
Sounds like you are going to have a lot of fun. Can't wait to see the "sandmen"
I don't write letters. Usually we send a picture. No one sends us letters.Okay, off topic, but not apologizing, since there isn't much talk going on and my best friend and I are so curious now,
Do you guys include a little letter about the family in the christmas cards?
I used to LOVE reading the ones we got when I was kid, still would, just don't get any. But I was at the library the other day and I was signing my cards (storytime but the kids were watching a movie after) and I was talking to the lady next to me, I mentioned how I couldn't even think to write a little note. Kids eating cookies and drinking juice, other moms talking and teens from middle school behind came to sing and were eating and talking too. But she said to me, I hate getting letters anyways, who has time to read them.
So, I almost didn't send the ones I had planned. Now Dallas is 4, doesn't go to preschool or anyhing so my letters aren't like a let's brag about what he does. He doesn't do anything! What is your honest opinon about them? Do you like them? Do you send them?
Glad everyone is okay Good Luck at the new job!No bike riding for me, it would be almost all highway and I don't even like to ride on busy neighborhood streets. I'm a big chicken.
I bet Steph is alright. I think the tornado hit East of her. It did take out a minimum security jail. They had temporary buildings set up and it took them all down. Displacing about 200 inmates (they were able to get them evacuated into the permanent building before it hit) that will have to be dispersed throughout the state until they figure something out. CRAZY!!
OH have fun at WDW Ali, I'm so jealous!!! I miss WDW.

Hi Guys!!!!!
I'm just finishing up my Disney Quilt top!!!!! I cut each square exactly 6 inches and used the exact same seam allowance yet my square corners don't always match up exactly...I was SO careful too. It's because I'm often using different fabrics like reinforced knit, flannel and some heavy jeans-type fabric in the case of the Winnie the Pooh. SO, luckily I'm going to tie the corners with yarn knots so no harm done.
It's SOOOOO cool! I am at the stage when I'm trying to decide what backing I'm going to use and boarders and yarn color. When I lay it all out, I see the purple and teal and lime a lot. I'm kind of anxious to get it done! I'll try to get Misty to post a pic for me....She gave me a TON of fabric squares last night when she came over as I had just squares lined up on the living room floor. She made it much bigger
