Kids Disney Boutique / Customs Clothes Part 4

These are the cutest boys overalls I have seen!! Does obsessedwiththemouse make and sell these? If so how can I order them? We are taking our first trip to Disneyworld in June 08 and I am in full disney mode trying to get ready. I want to buy clothes for my children, anyone know of current ebay sellers that make custom clothes?

Where are the overalls?:confused3 I love overalls~!

You can see ebay id 's in some posters signatures. Then do an advanced search by seller to see what they have listed currently.

Here are some canvas bags I bought at Michaels for $3.29 and decorated. I'm going to fill them with stuff to keep the kids busy on our Loooooong drive to Disneyland in 1 week! (The extra bag is for Dnephew who has a looong flight to Orlando next month!)

Love the bags! Sooo cute! and great idea for the ribbon I am so going to do that!:)

And since it was hanging right there when I was taking photos of the bags, and since I'm getting so close to 100 posts, here is a handy dandy way to store/organize your ribbon. I got the idea from a coworker of DH's. It is a pants hanger from Target. The "arms" swivel out so it's way easy to use!

THAT'S IT!!!!

I've been searching for a solution to my ribbon storage delema!!!!
The rectangular plastic boxes sold for this purpose are too expensive and I'd need about 10 of them. You are my hero, thanks!!!!!

Ack! JHAM-The tote bags didn't quote!!!! I love them! What a great idea! After your trip, you can use them for library books or coloring book bags for the car...anything! Fabulous!

I love all the pregnancy and wedding photos! Everyone looks so cute pregnant!

Heather Sue! I love your Cinderella applique! Are you making a skirt to go with it? It is beautiful.

SpongeMommie I love your frog he is cute!

Tifani Love your outfits! Great job on the Minnie outfit. It turned out cute. I like the purple around the bottom of the princess dress.

jham those bags are adorable!

Thanks! I had to post because I just had a mini-revelation. I have bunches of pieces of ribbon that I have bought off the roll so to speak. DS5 has been hoarding my empty thread spools, well, I wound ribbon on the empty thread spools and they fit perfectly on those in-between rows--wait I'll take a picture! DS is not going to be happy when he realizes his empty spools are gone!

whoooo hooooo:cheer2: :flower3:

i am in between making M&M cookies for the kiddos for our lonnnnnnngggggg drive, and doing the 13th (once ) over and actually zipping up the suitcases..
that reminds me i gotta take a picture..

I thought I'd post what I've been working on for the last 100 years. This is Tessa's Cinderella/pumpkin/Fall dress. It's just the bodice so far and I haven't attached the skirt (obviously), or put the zipper in, or pressed those sleeve seams (very important to press your seams ;)). But, I thought I'd share what I have so far so you don't think that all I do is sit around commenting on what everyone else has done and try to steer this thread as far off-topic as possible. :cutie:

Yay, I'm excited for you! I LOVE taking people to Disneyland for the first time! Right by the exit of Splash Mountain and the Winnie the Pooh ride is a little shop that has the yummiest bakery/candy shop. The kids love the marshmallow Tigger tails and they have my favortie sugar cookies in the world! On your way home just look for the gold minivan with hammer indentations all down one side :rotfl: (DS "fixed" the car when he was about 3 years old and of course Daddy was "watching" him while I put the baby to bed). I'm so jealous that you are all packed and ready to go! I haven't even thought about it yet. DD just got invited to a Halloween party the day before we leave, so I can't even pack her costume 'till then. Have fun!

And the next step toward total insanity..........

You might remember the High school musical set I made for my DD
add to that my DD's CPK (tiny doll, no patterns that fit) that goes everwhere with her and you get this.......

She is happy with it! :woohoo:

thanks for the info about the yummy treats , i wrote it down. that is so funny how things happen when the men watch them .:rotfl: we are a family of 7 so i have been mentally packed on paper for about a month now  i just thought of another thing you could do with your hanger idea would threaded bobbins work?

Wile E. Coyote, Super Geenius. Seriously, I'm so thrilled to copy this idea! I love how you color coordinated the ribbon. That's so "me".

I double the opinion on the Tiger Tails! One will feed 3 kids...or else they'll get tummy aches, for sure. I've never had the sugar cookies there BUT the Dole Whips at DL are better in my humble opinion. The best corn dogs on the planet are in the red cart outside of the first aid and baby care center across from Casey's Corner. We get them for the electrical parade every time. You even get a complimentary air filled bag of chips!

Spongie- you're gonna miss the brand new DI Grand Opening!!!!! :scared:
I think you should re-schedule your trip! ;)

It is adorable! I love twinner outfits!

Costco has this Big Madame Alexander doll with blue eyes and bangs with a trendy Hilary Duff looking outfit...it'd be so cute to buy it for my DD3 and make some twinner outfits! GREAT idea...and we're all "sick" so we understand each other perfectly!

They are back on page 263 of this thread i think--they have mickey with a pirate theme. I can find numerous places to order stuff for girls, but don't seem to be having very much luck with stuff for my sons!!

HELP!!!!

Hey! A whole hanger just for thread and bobbins! You could put the matching bobbin next to it's actual thread! I really thought the hole in the thread spools would be too small but it's not! Great idea!
