Here's DD's Pooh dress. She'll wear it to breakfast at Crystal Palace.

Pardon her sour face. She was so not into picture-taking this morning!

LOVE this! So cute-And it is something she could wear other places too!! What pattern is this?

It's not that bad! You do need DH's drill and if he's a really nice DH he'll hold them & drill them for you!

LOL!!

Sorry to bug you again about this....Do you get this teeny tiny drill bit from somewhere like Home Depo or from a craft store, like Joann's??

Thanks! The pattern is Butterick 4054 - I just loved the apron part of the dress and there are many different "looks" with the pattern - short or long sleeves, ruffles, collar/no collar, ect. It's a pretty versatile pattern.

My husband drilled mine with a Dremel tool. They can be found at places like Home Depot or Sears, sometimes at hobby stores.

I think the dress and she (sour face and all) are just beautiful. I like, too, that this dress can be worn for other occassions as well. Nice work.

Thanks for all the well wishes from everyone. :) I'll get through it, but it is weighing heavy on my heart and mind.

I posted pics of the Wiggles appliques on this thread. I'm not sure where they are but it was back in early June - no later than mid June.

I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I think I remember your Wiggles appliques. They were quite detailed and you put them on pink fabric if I remember correctly. I remember being impressed that you had started it so far in advance of when you'd need them. I also remember you saying that even if you sold them for $500 you wouldn't feel it would be enough because of how much time it took. I'm so sorry you're having to start over.

OH MY! I was just on e-bay and saw the cutest chef mickey overalls!!!! They're in a christmas theme but could easily be changed to an everyday theme! Search odod crew christmas. These have to be the cutest boys overalls!! Perfect for Chef Mickey!!!

Okay, I searched odod crew christmas and nothing comes up. What am I doing wrong?

The drill bit I used was one that came with his drill. There was about 8 different sizes and I took the smallest one. Hope you can find one.

I've been looking for the face fabric. I found it at Warm Biscuit Bedding (online) for $15 a yard, minimum 2 yards. Has anyone seen it anywhere else. I want to make that outfit but only need like a quarter of a yard? I was going to bid on the outfit, but logged in too late! Oh, well!

go to quiltshops.com and do an item search. That should help.

Silly question - did you search e-bay? There is a picture of a present with the auction. Click on the auction and scroll down. The auction is for a "you design" overalls. I'll PM you the seller ID

Disney themed!! I have two girls. I have looked at the outlet, disneychopping.com and ebay and I can't find anything.

you know hawaiian themed w/ mickey is hard to find. Here is an outfit I pulled out of the suitcase to take a picture for you. I made this for the lilo and stitch breakfast at the Poly. We have the breakfast next friday! My oldest (6) has a tutu skirt set, but she is almost just too h\old for that stly. but you could do a fun shorts set with this fabric. it is easy to find right now.

Search e-bay; boutique minnie sample. There's a sample set for sale. This is the seller of the Snow White dress that Tink561 was talking about. She is selling the same dress on her website so you could get two. Hope this helps.

I just ordered some Mickey hawaiian theme (well surfboards) from Hancock's. I haven't take a picture of it yet but just got it yesterday. It is adorable. There was a picture of an outfit someone made a little while back, probably in boys pictures if you check the photobucket link.

Hancocks here in Salisbury MD had it. I bought the last two yards for 2.65 a yard:banana:
Ooohh, you lucky dog!!! We only have one Hancocks around here, and it's not exactly close by, but I might just have to take a trip over there. Besides, my favorite salad restaurant is right across the street, so I have a reason to go over there.:rotfl2:
